RESEARCH ACTIVITIES:
Providing primary cardiac myocytes, established cell lines, and tissue treated with thyroid hormone and various drugs to molecular biology project. Search for agents (non-hormones) for treatment of diabetes. Cardiac metabolism of cells and proto-oncogene activation relating to myocardial hypertrophy.
