-Dementia from metabolic dysfunction and/or environmental toxicants in young and older adults with and without depression
-Personality risk factors in chronic medical disorders (e.g., shyness, repression)
-Cardiovascular feedback
-Nutritional supplements in geriatric mood and memory disorders
-Neural sensitization mechanisms for environmental illness
-Classical homeopathy in fibromyalgia
STUDENT OPPORTUNITIES THROUGH RESEARCH:
Students will see a state-of-the-art neurobehavioral psychophysiology laboratory in operation, learn about olfactory function testing and its possible links with dementia and learn to use a computer with spreadsheet and database software for data entry.
