RESEARCH INTERESTS:
Structure, function, and regulation of liver glutathione transferases in pathophysiology. Structure, function, and regulation of transcription factors HNF1 and USP3 (and others) involved in the regulation of glutathione transferases and other liver-specific genes during pathophysiology such as sepsis.

STUDENT OPPORTUNITIES THROUGH RESEARCH:
We offer high-priority laboratory research projects that are in the main line of our research efforts and therefore require intense participation. Participation generally involves inclusive interaction with several active researchers and investigators working concurrently on several related projects.
